I think that bulls may have disappeared after the soft CPI report. Rallies should be sold from now on, until at least the next NFP report.

Agreed. They were done last week. This was IMO a bull trap.

Only if wave 5 fails. 128.4. If more ugly news comes out.. 124 ish. IMO..


EDIT Sorry. You are right. Bears may jump ship there and then get back in on the retrace. The bottom is lower though IMO

Remember back on July 23rd when I said we were Bearish THROUGH FOMC???? Take a look at this daily chart. The Thursday before FOMC between 9 and 10 EST the chart showed what later became the start of wave 2. I am wondering now if that is the case for all of them. Have to take the time to look into it. Set a reminder for the next one. Let's see together.

PPI numbers are out tomorrow, and consumer confidence Friday Morning. I think we will range overnight like we did. To make the waves we need some retracement up. My 15m chart looks like we may end the US day here. If so we could range long enough for Euro market to think this is over and buy into it before the next move down. I am still not convinced we don't go sideways on the 4h for a complex correction which is why I dumped my shorts in profit.

If we cross the 38% it's BOHICA time.

This does NOT appear to be ranging at these levels. We could see a wide range off that recent bottom though, in the coming weeks though.

yesterday , i did a bad trade (intraday)...sold the usd/jpy and hit my SL....learnt form the mistake...and today im bullish since gmt 00;00..lets seee how long this bull run goes ...if any reversals would be taking my profit and running away...i suspect like 133.5 region...lets see i dont wanna tp there...i hate the Tp for limiting my profitability ...also loving it for my planed exit

Not sure how long you have been trading, but in the beginning greed is bad. TP early. Profit is profit. But watch how the chart moves after. There is enough for everyone. You don't need it all. Good luck to ya
