...price now bordered by 2 x prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw hi/lo x 2 zones....which one will break first? Sell side pressure currently.

Absolutely agree..........

Each trader has to find their own style of trading and that there are many, many different ways and time frames to trade.
For sure there are profitable traders on ALL time frames.

To each his(her) own. T
his business is more of a marathon vs a sprint.
I've seen all kinds of traders "get on a roll", only to eventually give everything back.

Smaller time frames, your broker will luv you!....

Afterall, this is a transaction based business!
But it goes without saying, if you find something that works consistently for you, DO IT !!

The first aspect of the problem is due to poor observation.

The market has changed and we haven’t changed with it.
Poor observation stems from a variety of lesser but very important problems.

We have married a market, or a trade.
We may have allowed our ego to get the best of us and we are no longer humble.

Think about the many things that can distract us from seeing when market conditions have changed.
Make a list of those things and confront them.

We have to realize that some winning trades are just lucky trades and had nothing to do with our skill as a trader.
By the same token, we will also experience the bad luck of having prices make a sudden and unexpected move against us.

I class all my trades as follows;

1. Good trade (ie obeyed all entry, risk, trade management, and exit rules of the particular repeating set-up) - Good result
2. Bad trade ( ie did not obey all entry, risk, trade management, and exit rules of the particular repeating set-up)- Good result
3. Good trade - Bad result
4. Bad trade - Bad result
