Practise on demo accounts till you clear your mind. Try FTMO tests, really helps to improve your trading risk.

Feel your pain buddy, the markets are filled with confusion that's how they make money, hence why I just flip a coin for direction, many have mocked me for not using charts, it's my opinion that charts and news add to that confusion, but each to their own, keep posting though

Can not sleep on a position.

Quick IN and OUT kind of PA today.

Yes, at times markets behaves random and we have to be prepared.

Never , ever sleep on a position if you are a scalper or day trader.

Its sad too becouse you already started your own thread and I think you must continue this for your better psychological condition! When you quit today this will be fail, when you make small pause and fast come back with new account that's will be succes and another motivation, I wish you the best! I think every good trader here who make money every month now was on your place, but come back fast stronger and more motivated with plan and now taking every day, cheers buddy!
