...is it just a coincidence that the tory party have dumped the 2 most electorally successful post wars leaders they have had? (Thatcher being the one before)..I think not...it's something about their own sociopathic personanlities, ie they can attract great adulation and hatred in equal measure, and in the end, Thatcher too was a radical free-market Hayek economics convert who didn't quite fit with the consensual one-nation tradition of the conservative party, and for whom it didn't end well either.

Lol...Brenda won't listen to me even though I live just down the road from her (although my house is not as grand lol!) I've been on her naughty list since I joined the Uk republic party 25years ago. Someone on Tv (Platell...I forget her first name) said she used to employ the '..lovely Penny...' and she is very nice, but a bit dim. This probably sums up over half the tory party.
