Is there is BAIL-IN ,a legal move that lets the bank confiscate your savings if your bank is failing. Is it real ?

no in the Uk we have a 85k guarantee which means you have upto 85k saving guaranteed by the banking authorities. So if you have 100k in the one bank account 85k is safe

in daily time frame we have false breakout in price level and the pound have good chance to move to 1.2300

tonight’s FOMC meeting minutes will be interesting. A huge rise of over .5 pct will act like a huge hammer blow to the pound. I think we could see a rise towards 11950 before FOMC and then see a drop below 119 towards 11850.

Hello everyone,

It's interesting to see the bears taking the GBP all the way down to lower levels , actually this massive dip is highly expected as intermarket and technical analysis support the fundamentals all pointing out to a downward resume of the last Friday's selloffs.

The GBPUSD selloff has already discounted the highly forcasted FOMC meeting minutes and markets cleared it waiting for the actual forcasted news.

So to me I'm going to be on the sidelines for now.

I have set my eyes on that 1.14 level for more than 4 months now ..Price could get angry and go to test that level because it was never tested before.. but we will see ..who knows
