current UK interest rate 1.25%
current US interest rate 1.75%

expected US rate hike in July 75 bps

so unless UK does not increase rates, expect GU to keep falling

Previously, UK retail sales was in negative state. BOE wont hike the rates in the near term. With the differential of the interest rates, most of the large money interested the biggest rates.

Current Euro rates is 0%. They supposed to hike at least 0.5% or more. There still a room for ECB to hike the rates. Meanwhile, UK is 1.25%. If BOE hike the rates with current situation, they confront recession risk. However, we just wait and see
