Instead of predicting, I will look for solid bull candle, 1 hr to go long from 2300.

This I will do after tokyo open.

Since the start of the pandemic, price has almost completed its full cycle as shown below on the daily time frame. With the economic turmoil , a few more days and we may actually see a strong rally. The fed's bluffing of this one and as the dollar goes, down the pound will shoot up. On the 2H time frame, using the action and reaction lines, considering the demand zone and a fib extension, I believe the pound may still melt this upcoming week. We should see a correction once it reaches the lower reaction lines, the demand zone, and 1.618 fib level.

trend channeling is a very good approach, I use that too.

Scenario A
1.2450 ^ 1.2100

Scenario B
1.2220 ^ 1.2570

Note: pay very close attention to 1.2470, price failure to break 1.2470 will be clear invitation of 1.2100. Only a break of 1.2470 will invalidate 1.2100 and will rather expose 1.2570.

I will be selling from 1.2425 - 1.2460, with my tight stop loss positioned at 1.2475, my target will be 1.2220.

This Analysis is for 13th - 17th June only.

Im expecting a huge drop on my often trading pair like UJ from Friday top 300-500 pips, maybe intervene, reason is double hanging man od daily, Im telling this becouse UJ like moving opposite to cable, so we can see the same ride up on GU from monday towards 1.26-1.28 like the same range, that's only candle observationz but can be played well, happy weekend and see you at end of month becouse Im going for my holiday tomarrow cheers! Trade safe!
