yeh, re U.s Cpi later, these measures re the fed lag in their effect of course, but the upcoming further rises may have done enough to 'start' to pull down the inflation, but that said because of the lag and the latest NFP I thnk in descending order of probability it might be this;

1. surprises to upside of last mth/forecast
2. stays roughly = to last month
3. surprises to downside

It's a scenario, amongst many others, that could play out. So I ask what's the use of trying to predict? Just react to what actually happens not what you think may happen. Thinking or expecting or predicting that something may happen over and above all other scenarios at worst programs your mind to it so that if something else happens you could find it difficult to react beacuse you are pre-programmed to 'expect' something else.

Hello Pat chiko...I've been learning alot from your explanations and charts shared here. You truly are a gem. I do have a little question...in this particular chart you shared...I noticed where you located your OB...I know we all learn to trade quite differently and it's left me confused a little bit because this goes against my understanding of OBs...your OB is at the point where I used the arrow. My own understanding of OBs is that it's the final candle that leads to the impulsive move that breaks structure (assuming the candle sticks continues moving upward which will lead to BOS) which is the place where I used a circle to indicate. Pls,If you may,expand a little bit on why you chose that place to be the OB so I can be clear. It's a pleasure learning from an experienced trader like you

Everything points to this going lower...73% of retail traders are long, weekly range is only 67% and for it to be extended, 1.243x needs to be broken. But... have this feeling it's going to be a royal pain in the ass and shoot higher soon and just languish in an awful range.

im a short bias too. Looking for a slightly higher area to drop from maybe 12510?

2533 is weekly pivot maybe here will be good place to short to 1.2450 or lower

That is also fine. I just feel that Asia already tried there and Frankfurt also got there and both times rejected by the daily pivot 2514. I really wish it hastens to my TP.

I’m going to be watching this.. this week has been very tight range bound with rejection at 126 and also 12430. Something needs to give..
