i will keep it in mind. it might sound stupid but i have a bit of problem understanding supply and demand when IT reach stop loss areas or OB what push the price up do they keep buying and buying or after they filled their positions other participants move the price up? if you recommend a book on how exactly institutions move the market is enough

Well actually the purpose of stop hunting is two-fold.
1) Hit the stops of the traders who have the direction right,

I learned from my teacher that the waves must fill 50% of the previous wave (to complete that wave) and if it does not fill 50%, there will be targets that will surely be filled later. There is also 50% of the middle wave

In fact, I'm waiting for another SL hunt (hopefully) on the top range. My bias is still down (until my daily/weekly indicator changes).
What I observed over the years with this pair: 1) They try to spike up/down before UK open...depending on major trend, I take opposing trade once UK opens based on PA, 2) before UK lunchtime (when 4hr candle is about to close) a spike up/down may occur, and 3) two hours after NY open is a good time to ride the trend, although caution is warranted because this is when they hunt a lot for stops.

A good example....if this hit around 1.2491, I go long for a quick 25p or more with a 15p SL based on my comment above.

As long as price stays below 1.2530, I'd look for sell.
If the price closed below 1.25, after the ECB, then 1.2530 - 1.2550 could act as strong Resistance.
