Good kink set up is to find a confluence zone with other set up.

In this case kink confluence with RSF.

Low risk and small drawdown N3.

I'm expecting the pound to retrace to the 50% fib around 1.2946 by July. And then it will range and the big question is will it continue to finish the year up to about 1.3900 or will it drop back to 1.1900.

Trade what you see now, find your setup and place position, dont try to predict the market and dont wait when pips flying around you, 1.39 or 1.19 is far away from here, you will be waiting or trading? Cheers!

...today's dly candle almost certainly will close bullishly and the whole of it (wicks included) will engulf at least the prev 4 on that t/f. 130% of the 30day adr travelled lo-hi so far today. Looking like the wkly falling wedge could well get busted out of to the upside at some point? That effective desc t/line on tomorrow's dly candle comes thru circa 2655.

If 2666 is exceeded to the upside it will be the first time a wkly LH has been taken out in this weekly downtrend from 4249-2198. This may prove important/significant? 76% 13wk awr travelled so far this week.

.... to the upside, these prev 1hr sw hi zones up to 2616 = prev res = pot res (not shown on 4hr chart below.) Then, a prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone = prev res = pot res to 2631 (starting circa 2619,) so supply could emerge anywhere in these zones...Some fibs in both too (always!) Wkly R1 @/around 2610.

Testing 126 all evening yet no clear break. Hoping Wednesday either breaks down or gives us a higher as this is quite hard to trade
