So with price still moving down, no way that H1 down swing can be ending.
But note there was indeed an ATTEMPT to end it shortly after your posting, but it was another failed attempt.
(Side note: Even ending the current H1 downswing will not necessarily end that down correction, because that correction is actually on a TF higher than H1. So H1 could end going down by price moving high enough to accomplish it, but the BIGGER TF correction could STILL remain intact if price would turn down again.)
