Don't waste time looking for trend turning points, you have to follow the trend.

George has pointed out in the past that the average six month range for the GBP is about 1200 pips. That would put us at 1.255. Does anyone have a chart of the Annual ranges?

If anything 1.2650 may provide support. Strong rejection and support area from April to August 2020.

A strong support at 1.2661 area... Should this hold expect 1.3150 within 3 - 5 weeks, failure to hold this level, will be an attack of 1.2470 in May.

you are to enter 1 trade and hold it for 5years which direction would you go for at the price of 1.25

long 1.25 or short 1.25 for 5years
