I don't think anyone outside of Putin and his cronies or at least anyone with free information not state propaganda, supports this war. No doubt militarily Russia are winning and would win if they chose to prosecute it till it's end, at least without nato's intervention. But, the real winners are Ukraine, and Putin has united a previously too complacent west with a common cause again, just like in the cold war. Putin will be the loser, and by extension - Russia.

a. Is +0.25% largely priced in?
b. Will market be disappointed with just +0.25%?
c. How hawkish/dovish will statement and press conf be in light of Ukraine thing shock to world economy?
