Hi Jolita,

this will have negative effect when going live, the fear factor will kick in and you will find yourself in new territory that you never practiced.

treat the demo as if it's real account, same fund that you will open with, and lot size not more than 1% . this will be like real simulator for future real account.

the idea is to practice best entries and exits as best as you can. when you go live you will be in common ground with no surprises.

I only traded on real accounts from start, never on demo. Just recently tried out this FTMO account everyone was talking about, gave it a go and find really good for getting trade analysis and challenge.

Only used this to improve and test different options.
