The pair produced a bearish engulfing candle in the H4 chart to close its trading week. It may play a very significant role to determine its next direction. The level of 0.72600 has been a strong level of support, where the price had several bounces. If the price makes a bearish breakout, the sellers may go short in the pair upon having the breakout confirmation followed by a bearish reversal candle. I am going to keep an eye on this pair to go short next week.

Just to add to the last post, interesting little stand off going on right now between that former s/r line and current short term trend line. One of those is going to have to break fairly soon. CAD and CHF both fairly weak right now. I feel like CHF is probably a safer bet to continue downward as it has lots of room to run. CAD already took a giant dump today to the tune of 200+ pips on several pairs, so maybe it's time for CAD to bounce back and we see CAD/CHF breakthrough to the upside. Time will tell.

CAD/CHF (4H) is currently in a downtrend. Lower highs and lower lows are formed. This week we can see the continuation of the trend, it looks like the correction phase is coming to an end

Key 0.6600 level reached again, going all the way back to the March 2020 pandemic low.
Eyeing the lower TF's for a long position.
