Hello mate, I will politely suggest you don't judge matters without having full details. Secondly I'm a Nigerian and I say with all conviction that less than 0.0005% of Nigerians are fraudsters and I'm a proud Nigerian and I'm not in anyway a fraudster. The guy called Jaybag entered into a failed transaction and he has agreed to refund the sum paid to him for the service that couldn't be delivered.

If he has indeed agreed to pay it back and it has been paid back then all is well. Confirmation is pending. We'll see. However I stand by the FACT that much fraud emanates from Nigeria. It says nothing about Nigerians in genera. Your attempt to compare to Nigerians in general is irrelevant. If it makes you feel better I am American and there are plenty of fraudsters in America also. Man this is a serious crime though. I mean managing someone else's money without a license is a big crime in most of the countries. I don't know if there's a law about it in Nigeria, but if there is Kolatysmith should sue him. That way the court will probably decide DBag to pay him his 25k $ back.

I don't care if DBag had good intentions and all, he knew that this is morally wrong if he doesn't have any license as an asset manager. And if you lose it even though you have tried your best, you gotta pay all the money back. That's what law says.

I hope Kolatysmith can take his money back by suing him.

I have seen DBag, but he never looked like he is managing other people's money. I guess that was a secret.

If anyone here is managing other people's money, selling signals etc. just take a screenshot report them. Send them to the "Commercial" trash.

And i will keep reporting you till you get "commercial membership" Dbag. You can't scam people here, not on my watch.

Yeah bro there's nothing to do with Nigeria. Scammers are all over the world, it's not about where they are from.

What Jaybag did is a serious crime and he needs to be a "commercial member" though. Nothing can explain this craziness.

There are good people who still have trust in people and would like to earn a tiny profit by trusting and believing in fake polished promise, a lie.

There are people who are using other persons weakness and prepared to take everything from him to make a luxurious living. These are bad and gready people.

But overall, people need to understand what they are investing into, before handing their hard earned money. If people want to see their money grow, they better off investing through the bank and let their traders grow your account, not some random person from here on Forex Factory.
