Problem at hand for the FED
So ,
as they lower the amount of QE the cost of money rates will spike ,I pointed this out many times {in an inflationary environment}
I just added it up & they spent 80billion this last month down from 120 billion all last year QE expansion.
By the time they get to $0 QE p/m in March this 10Y chart will be a lot higher ,and the fed funds will still be at 0%.
Debt just ticked over 30T from about 23T pre-covid. Income can be no more than 4xx trillion without tax change or high inflation .Spending last year was 7 trillion .
Then theres a limit to how high rates can go and its not very high .This is why I doubt the current Fed plan as pie in the sky way too fast.
The FED are painted into a corner with the inflation they never saw coming after over a decade of ramping up debt while rates are @ 0%.

Gbpusd is in a downward cycle currently. If the level 1.35 if breached then Gbpusd reaches the levels that Georginson specified.
Please, include a time frame for proper perspective. Look below. That looks to me like two smaller TFs are making a mere PULLBACK in larger TF UPWARD cycle currently.

LOL. Is that some unusual snowfall in your town? Where I grew up, it was COMMON for an overnight snow storm to dump at least ankle deep snow, if not knee deep. It was not uncommon for people to be trapped in their houses because the snow was piled high enough against their doors that they could not open them.
