I don't need to prove anything my friend, this is the view of M30 48 240 for daily and weekly range and direction.
correct setting give you correct reading to make a correct decision.

Also depends which instrument one trade. Some pairs are dependant on the news (f.e stock).

I was hooked in dollar turmoil last qourter too, had several long positions, but the dollar kept rising due to fake rate rise expectation. Could have kept my positions but got scared and closed them thinking there is a chance gu could drop below 1.2. Didn't happen. Was a good feeling get rid of uncertainty and heavy weight.
