With Just 2 trade days left in January, let's start preparing for February and March (first quarter). There is a developing case for 1.29 by or before March as bulls couldn't close above 1.3770. let's wait to see January close for clarity about the scenario between 1.29 and 1.39. Bulls had their time, now bears are having their time. The big question is where will this bearish trend collapse, if you can get it then you have a potential 1000 pips opportunity to explore.

Hi G,
monthly 4% view with weekly MA. need a sideway price and weekly to go flat to end downtrend.
the divergence is there already but need time to develop.

you can see candles don't break by that far both sides or mostly ever in all history ,maybe once or twice
maybe it needs to reach for something ,anyway the fed do have the power to create crazy candles

They do indeed Bones, ever since the GFC, they have been a major driving force of the markets with their policies.
I was watching that steep ascending trendline also.

... almost certainly a bearish dly candle will result at today's close of candle. Question is - how long will the lower wick be. If it closes around abouts 3390 or below then today's 3359 lo looks vulnerable?

There is now a prev minor 4hr/1hr x 2 possibly 3 sw lo zone going down to today's current lo, = prev supp = pot supp, but one wonders how much demand left in it if tested again? This said it is coexistent with that prev 4hr/dly sw hi zone from Dec 2021 = prev res = pot rbs that has now acted as supp, and on dly extends down to circa 3325.

Intraday (mainly) swing scalper (+,) via a Supp/Res & PA based edge.
Need to take more things into consideration.
USD has been building levels up for some time.

That blue area is Mad-Angry support.
Not to be trifled with.

A couple of lines in there too look at also.
The power of that (current) hammer off M-A support, I doubt the top trend line will offer more than just some temporary resistance

It'll be funny if it was just a retest of that line. If it rejects downwards GU and EU bulls will smile.
