In that case should you look at the monthy, weekly, daily or hourly? Which one? No trend will last forever, there's no guarantee that those lines will hold. Also another problem is, drawing a line from a to b to get in that trade from the c is not efficient. What's efficient is predicting a reversal and getting in to the trade from the a point rather than waiting to draw a trendline and losing the opportunity to...Ignored
