historical data of the last 10years have minimum and maximum for each month or quarterly range thats what George use to trade

3610 is "too high" to buy and "too low" to sell. I see 3730 and 3500 happening soon...the question is which will come first...I think 3730 will come first, but still not opening a long here...just waiting...
