It's taken me at least 10-12 years to actually truly understand what I've looked at, sometimes I don't. It's truly an art. You'd be naive to consider I am inflating being an artist with being a trader; it is essential you are creative, it is important you learn from what you see, slight deviations, plan your own pattern. I don't know many out there that head into a position and it completely goes their way.

It is completely and unreserved taxing. However one can find solace in its fruits should you persevere.

Hi George,
I absolutely agree with you. It has been a day when I even start doubting my own system, which I have been trading for many years. My usual entries which normally would be a good entry turn in the opposite direction. It is like the harmonic flow of the market has been disturbed. Whether we can call this market manipulation or stop loss hunting, remains our own opinion. I remain short below 1.36500. Complex it is for sure.

you can be.
you need to master buying only. into the same time add a completely separate set of selling only.
in both cases, the current rate's direction does not matter. if you dont give up, you are going to master it.

here is a hint:
doing it backwards is more easy. like paper trading.
here is a thing. a trend or no trend, a desired buy or sell event that did happen over the h1 last 24 hours average price, happens exactly the same number of times above and the same number of times below the 24 hr average price. and the balance of that buys vs sells event is kept very close to ~0. you cant see it with a naked eye...
one thing at a time. do only buys. then do only sells. regardless of the direction. just learn these two separately from one another. good luck!

A while ago, I was being trained for a rather complex job by the devision manager who had been doing it for 30 years. He kept saying; " It is as easy or as hard as you make it for yourself". It drove me crazy hearing him say that so many times, however, I couldn't deny that he was somewhat right.
The same thing applies to forex trading.
