Usdx could be setting up for a buy trade here. It has retraced down to my daily pivot at 95.518 and just above 95.500 a crucial level.

Cad as a result of oil is just rocketing right now and it's using dollars for fuel - great for us as it's taking Dxy down with it. Expect a pullback for NY to get some action, but it's been a great start to London.

Not closing shop just yet, but remaining attentive.

I did forget to add here, the relaxation of 'Plan B' measures may add some fuel although I suspect this is very much priced in already. I would imagine PMQs in 35 minutes will provide fireworks.

Look to add short at 1.36810 - 1.36880

It tests the entirety of your concentration, time input, mental awareness, emotions, patience and flexibility.

You can't master forex trading in a year, it will take years of none stop observation, research and technique modifications.

Definitely Forex trading will make top 5 most technical and complex profession in the world ... Agree or disagree?

I spent 3 years as a novice trader ...lost 3000$ so far......each week i gain some money...lost it on 1 day......i doubt that i can be a successful trader or not?????
and now i see there are people like me .........

Totally agree George. I’ve been trading a little over a year and have not became profitable yet but I refuse to give up. The hardest thing for me is controlling my emotions and reading price action of course.

I’m a new trader and I can’t understand why you would think this pair is going up. According to the little I’ve learned it didn’t create a higher high and it rejected around the 13650 area. Please explain

Yes mate... 89% of Traders lose money trading forex while 11% make the whole money. You can be part of the 11% actually, so do not give up.

Here are tips that may help you:
✓ Find a very experienced mentor but don't follow blindly
✓ avoid over trading and wait for overbought or oversold conditions on 4 hours, Daily, Weekly and monthly time frames;
✓ ensure your money management plan is intact... Do not risk more than 5% percent of your capital/equity on a trade;
✓ ensure you split your entries and avoid tight stop losses since your money management plan of total (5%) will allow your emotions to be in check;
✓ stay away from forex threads or forums if you don't have mind of your own as regards trading decision, as the noise may destroy your trade plans;
✓ focus on just one currency pair and make research on it for at least 3 years... Ensure you back test any observation you make to as far back as 10 years, if it proves accurate at least 80% of the time, then it is worth applying.
✓ lastly make more research on ranges from 4 hours time frame to 1 year time frame as prices usually respond to ranges and not general indicators that usually fail in extreme market conditions.

If you can't apply money management, then kindly give up.
