GU structure is clearly bearish on the daily.
If trend changes to bullish I could see target 1.37 area where a weekly/daily inefficiency lies.
I currently see no High probability setup to take a trade. Taking no trade is a trade as well. The odds are already stacked against us in the market. Only pick highest probability setup.

I made the mistake in my early days worrying alot about dxy and doing analysis on it. Ive completely stopped looking at dxy. Just analyze your pair properly it should be enough to understand price direction.

After 4.5 years, I still suffer from FOMO, revenge trading and lack of patience. I get the occasional win but give it all back and more the next day.

I've tried developing countless strategies, but I constantly keep failing.

My depression is spiralling because all I can see is a life in old age having decide between heating and eating.

Do not worry. As traders we will sometimes have psychological barriers. I would suggest take setup back take some time off from the charts. Come back and trade only with lower risk/lower lot sizes. Keep a journal and write down your wins and losses also write down how you felt. This can help in identifying why you act the way you do in certain times. If not I would even suggest to step back to a demo account and focus on growing it for a while then jump to live account with lower risk.

You are not alone. We all go thru this. stay strong.
