GOLD works the same as Cable but on steroid.

It adhere to the same Price Action as Cable but at accelerated speed.

Need to use HTF to grasp the moves especially when it came to Whipsaw /Engulfing and Manipulation moves.

Sometimes it lead Candle in the next moves, so you can use that as leverage to look at what Cable has in stores.

My buddy did FTMO-- might give them a go, 90pc profit split. As far as I know they don't actually execute your trade just use an algo to manage their risk and exposure. Whatever, as long as they pay out. I wanted to make sure I'm consistent on a daily basis before pulling the trigger and I think I am now.

I haven't done any deep research really

Any suggestions?
