Monday Open Spike Mania.

Sharing my experience in dealing with excessive spike issue.
The position was carried forward from last week Friday.
I experienced a pricing spike at market open on Monday, that no other brokers nor trading platforms showed.
The price spikes are steeling money from traders.

Call Customer Service about the matter and was told their feed is different from the rest.
I called foul on that response as the broker price use to be the most accurate in the market.
Also, their candle/bars aren't in line with the rest of the brokers.

I argue that the spike is blatantly wrong and does not appear on other providers or is obviously far to wide of the mark,
and ask for refund or re enter my positions as their liquidity providers does not do this as a genuine price.

When I emailed them this morning to get my account right, they tell me that the spike was a true price and that they would
not refund my lost which totaled $338.

Getting back my money plus cost by revenge trade. Only one position as I've traded the same pairs with other broker.

Later during London I get back for revenged trade..lol
Now closing, before Tokyo open. Such a sweet revenged.
