Yeah.

I've already asked them the large spread during open. ( 20,1 pips diff)

Compares to other broker.
I've already request for refund or re-instate my position.

We have to keep on fighting with broker until all exhausted, we only got option to closed any business with them

i ever set my position sl at entry ( bep ) . once the sl hit ( no news , not daily open, no robot no ea not scalp etc .... ) . i got - 3 or something ( crazy !) . they say slippage or whatever ....see rule number blaa bla blaaa wkwkkwkwkkwkwk

sick broker....hahahha

Your broker did that not the market...i dont have such price , we both have same entry with 2-3 point different

Me too, no SL and when price gets close to my TP I close it manually. Caught Oanda several times increasing the spread slightly when price got within a few pips of triggering my TP, so I just close them manually now.
