Was reading your previuos
post and would like to add that tapering will weaken US dollar not the other way round, only reduced tapering will be good for the currency.
Rate increase will strengthen, but also depending on the variation, investor expectations.

i thought tapering was the process of slowing down the pumping of money thus potentially increasing possibilities of raising rates. I could be totally wrong here (still learning mate)
