If I understand it correctly, you want to know if it discretionary or mechanical ways of drawing S&R Zones.?
I hope got it right.

Anyway, I’m more to discretionary approach in drawing those S&R zones
To me, not using discretion is a big loss to trader.
Discretion is a product of human intelligence.
Intelligence is a gift of God to human
It's a waste if a trader does not train his mind to make discretionary decision.

In my opinion, almost all system can produce great profit when you add your own discretion into it.

PAT

Discretion is king.

There is no correct or wrong ways of drawing S&R zones, but what you do with those drawn zones is the key in trading.
This is where you have to develop skill to analyse Price Action.

Not all S&R line or zones react the same, only Price Action determine that.
You have to develop those skill set.

It's sad when trader keep looking for a completely 100% working mechanical system because they want to make profit without thinking.

However anyone developing/using any mechanical system need to be wary of over-analysis and the tendencies of curve-fitting.

The right path to become a successful trader is to develop the capacity to make discretionary decision.

Maybe there are 100% mechanical systems that work, but don’t put too much hope that you'll find them.

I'm holding position as the biggest drawdown in my position now is 17,8 pips ( in minus).

This is not martingale, just holding position on pull back.

As you can observe ,all add on position was based on positive trade.

Once it pull back, I just hold on to it, with max drawdown was minimal.

Both are making corrections. Not much going on today. Probably profit taking before FOMC and BoE meetings. Pound's future really depends on the BoE meeting this week while EURUSD is a safer option. That's why movements in EURUSD is rather slow and GBPUSD is fast.
