Goodmorning friends, welcome to a new month and week and we pray and hope it's going to be a profitable one. Inspite the increasing demand for pounds sterling over the past three consecutive weeks, yet the dollar continues to hold firmer and stronger with weekly resistances dropping from 1.3781 to 1.3769(lastweek) and 1.3723 this week. Although our Mondays analysis states clearly the prevailing trend as guideline for traders,but price expectantly failed to close bullish previous friday as buyers could not defend the Tuesday's swing-high price of 1.3756 broken by sellers the following Wednesday to 1.3708 extending to 1.3667 on Friday to end the week.That being a first hand sign that sellers are now interestingly coming in but we need a second confirmation this wee to validate a begining for next move down towards the 1.3000 level.This week cable opens bullish into another ranging environment with week's support @1.3623 and resistance @1.3723. The dominant trend again remains BUY but we hope buyers shall be able to defend today's swing-high of the week although the week if perhaps they want to close bullish friday.Remember, the trend is your friend, you are safe buying and buying the dips. Asian trading session indicated smooth market transaction earlier today, we also expect the positive tone to continue this European session with the Americans coming to add to the gains to close the day bullish.Happy trading
