That is correct. The price can and will oscillate around daily 200 SMA within 300-400 pips range before it make more decisive move.

We have Weekly bull flag.
But doesn´t help much if you r trading intraday - there is plenty of room down too in flag pattern.
Generally I´m bullish = I sell with tight stops, I buy with wider stops and I´m willing to average longs.

EurGbp is sitting at yearly support levels and has been in a cyclic downward trajectory of 3 weeks. I am looking for a reversal around this area and I think it could signal a period of weakness for the pound.
