The thing is tone, raising interest rates will encourage people to save and with so many people having ended support (thurlow) mortgage payment increasing on top of so many increases Tax, NI, heating bills, fuel & general inflation

I do not think BOE will increase interest rates..it is too risky
I get that people money will not grow but it ain't gonna grow with all these increases, then u got this rise in COVID cases to add on top of everything

inflation probably be just left to rise
