i was one of the first that been calling Gu 138 since before the end of September, it seems my call was to early but we are not far from it..

i trade both day and swing and my post may seem like a dreamer.

below 138 i am bearish with 500-600pips down

I was calling too, even higher, but not happened then, and now we are back to my lost profits. If I kept my trades open, I would have saved a lot of money! You never know, right. But as Pat said, forget and dont look back at your losses.

i have wanted the 138 since august as my short for swing trade

ATM i am only looking for short on GU until we break 138 any short that give 50pips sl will be on BE till 133 132

I have nothing against prediction, is good to compare opinions.
Georginson is the one that actually scared me to bits and made me re-think. His accuracy was unbelievable and I made my decision to close as was not prepared to go to his lows. We still stuck in the middle.

the market was only retesting the broken support that turn resistance at 13750 to 138

otherwise only a scalper will be buying at 137

Each to their own. I am bearish on GBP/USD relying on the economics. You can say "i told ya" if i lose. But if i win this too, -like i did in the past against you on GU- you will leave me alone and say "you were right" deal?

Market has just closed. A > 30day adr day and > 13 week awr week. Nice upside swing today with a pullback from the dly/wkly hi of 3774 @ a prev 4hr sw lo zone = prev supp = pot sbr from 16th Sept. (shown on 4hr below.)

Wkly Candle closes bullishly. This t/f's last few fractal swings starting @ 4249 and leading down to 3411 (current yrly hi-lo) have been HH, HL, LH, L, H, HL, LH, L so a messy general downtrend of sorts, but not wholly convincing.
Dly Candle closes bullishly but with a bigger upper wick than lower. The t/f is in a general uptrend with 2 x HL's and what will be(@ friday's wkly hi or higher) a HH when it forms fractally.
4Hr Last 4hr candle of the week closes bearishly following the pullback from Friday's 3774 hi. The t/f is in a general uptrend after an upside b/o of the consolidation on this t/f earlier in the week, pullback to, and further upside move from, in the week just closed.

* It could be said that the move from 4249-3411 is a pullback in the mthly general uprtrend -or- It could also be argued that the move from 3411-3774 is a pullback in the wkly general downtrend.
* Whatever transpires re the above scenarios, what we know is that t/f's from 30min to dly are in uptrends, and that there is nothing inevitable about a drop below 3411, but that anything can happen. Supporting the later scenario however, many fundamental analysis led forecasts, like some posters here in this thread, are suggesting that a fall in this pairing into the year-end is more likely than a continued rise of any magnitude.
