Breathtaking observation... Nice chart. The upper wick is already 201 pips for October (open to high range). In all honesty only if price stays above 1.3686 by 20th of this month will I ever change my bearish bias. Timing and precision work hand in hand to sight when break out will likely occur. Weldone once more on this chart.

G/M, 2 x fibs and Wkly R1 @/about the current 3673 dly hi, this achieved after a late asian/early london run up following an asian session pullback after an initial run up. As others have noted/intimated - may see a drop off in liquidity later re U.s Bank Hol.

i have interest in 133 and 132 i have swing plans for those levels but to early for now.
