...looks like a false 1st b/o of that 5/15min congestion/consolidation zone - right into/higher into that prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone= prev res = pot res leading to y/day's 3640 hi. Slight upside breach of the desc t/line 1hr/4hr.

Bears should note that Most open to high distance in previous bearish October is 217 pips (October 2018)

Which means
1.3640 (projected maximum bounce count)
1.3670 (March, April Low)
1.3687 (217 pips maximum open to high distance of bearish October)

Are possible places reversal can start for new round of crash to 1.33/1.32 area this October.
