1) There are a million ways to make money on the market. You have to find a path, not THE path.

2)Find a method that fits your personality.

3) Every trading system is going to hit periods where it is not going to do well due to Market news and different agendas from Big players.

4) If you choose someone else's trading system that does not follow your personality - you will fail. (This is why retail traders who want signals from others and success is very short term and not profitable, even so the provider is profitable.)

5) If you do not have an edge, Money management cannot save you.. Money Management will just take you further but if you are not winning at all, your capital will eventually disappear.

6) You need to put it the work. Become a work-alcoholic.

7) General Public are attracted to the markets because it seems like an easy way to make a lot of money. (Successful traders= Hard workers, General Public = Lazy, Quick and Easy money)

8) No one becomes a doctor by just reading medical books.. Same way with Trading, You cannot expect to become profitable by just reading books, watching videos.. you have to get your hand dirty.

9) Trading is probably the only world's profession where the rank amateur (The person that knows absolutely nothing about trading) has a 50/50 chance of being right in the beginning. 10) What fools people is that you can get short term success by pure luck. This cannot happen in any other profession.

11) Good trading should be effortless - the process should be effortless.

12) Most of money management is just following it and doing it.

13) Every trader has to follow their own light.

14) You have to generate your own ideas.

15) Build confidence in what you do.

16) Losing is part of the game.

17) All best traders know that they have won the game before they started. If you know you won, there is no problem taking a loss. It is just part of the game.

18) Retail traders have a need to fulfil their ego of not being wrong.

19) Professional traders understand to win, you have to take losses. It is part of the process. 20) You have to wait for opportunities - you cannot trade all the time.

21) Stay in the right trade and sit it out.

22) Amateurs go broke taking large losses. Professionals go broke taking small profits.

23) Allow your winning trades to pay for your losing trades.

24) You do not want loyalty as a trader. Do not marry set ups or biases. You have to be able to react immediately. (TRADE it, not DATE it)

25) Humans seek comfort but markets do not pay off for being comfortable. Markets pay for taking the uncomfortable position. You have to take calculated risk.

26) You need to have the love and passion for trading - Otherwise you will not be successful.

Nice tips, I love market wizards. I like the one about generating your own ideas as this is the only way you can be confident, especially when you see the money ticking down.
G/M, rangy - bullish to start the new week with the move s exceeding the friday hi and friday pullback lo off that hi by just a pip or two...that 3566- circa 3610 potential 4hr+ sbr zone still the 1st real upside obstacle for bulls to overcome.
