Goodmorning friends,the week ends and we enter a new month. Yesterdaycable sellers were few following the rise in offer price we posted yesterday @1.3510 where sellers were seen and price reluctantly surge to that level before the sharp but light selling. Today European traders are set to open bearish with more sellers coming onboard offering to sell low @1.3445 downwards by reason of increased production which normally should attract more buyers or devaluation/quality compromise which should attract less buyers. However with price technically opening above 1.3448 this suggests a continuous selling to end the week as the American traders are set to further the move down to 1.3370 below. This is good sign for the UK economy. Happy trading.

I think that was possibly the stop hunt just at 8am, still think up to here. Lets see, no trades I want to short higher.

Edit-- if it keeps pushing down then I believe we're going for the equal lows first from yesterday-- then I would look for a long 1.3412-1.34 area. So maybe look at 1.34 for a long if we dont reverse right here at 1.3433.

EQL will form if price is going to hike , but if the EQL taken maybe we can buy more cheaper

quick n dirty chart

Note the pivot isnt for sure a short it can go higher today but watch all of the short term highs for short

It is common for LO to create the LOW or HIGH of the day (IE 1.3433 can be the low)

I may be wrong but I really don't see the current bearish trend to end just yet.

I'm expecting it to keep going down towards 1.33.

The recent break-below of a falling channel is now used as a resistance for price to go even lower.

If it does pulls back higher, 1.3530 should be the limit.

Otherwise, 1.3460 should be a good price to sell again.
