Patience is the key to forex.
Choppy markets or for that matter range bound markets are great to trade if you wait for the right moment.
We don't have to trade every up or down move.
Trading for 5 pip moves is high risk and is NO NO..

Look at the over all picture in 4 and 1 hour charts to tell me where to go short or long.
Then I look at the 30 minute chart for execution.
Maybe we can try to take a trade unless we feel there is a 30 pip move in our favor.

Trading choppy markets is kind of hard to explain.
When you're in tune with what the market is telling you, technically and fundamentally, you just know when the excitement or despair is beginning to wear thin.

My 2 cents worth.

Moved all TP to higher resistance zone.

since price is "whipsaw" and tight during London, it may want to spike before London close.

Watch for signs of exhaustion of the move and be ready to pounce on the pullback to reality.
Careful, it doesn't always overshoot.
You will have to have a gauge on what was too big of a reaction to the Fed Evan is saying.

Social Democrats with its leader Olaf Scholz will be taking over soon.
