Looks like we are in range territory now. A final swing below or push up can help decide next areas of interest. Not much in data today either that is going to help decide.

GBP Index likely to explode to the upside only if it breaks above the channel upwards!. I wont be surprised if it does this on Thursday likewise if it breaks support (dash line) the downside momentum will be huge! A descending triangle also seen within the channel (H12 GBP index).

From the GBPUSD (chart) pair, 1.373 looks likely and overall structure (H12) on the GBPUSD pair looks bearish (descending triangle). Also LH, LH seen and a Head & Shoulder in play. So 1.371 / 1.370 is not far from reality if it (GBPindex) breaks below the support within the channel.

Also attached the black bg chart for further confirmation. The fib levels .50 (holding) and .618 in-view. candle below the 50 EMA and USDindex above GBP index and above the 50 line. USD showing some strength.

The indexes fib. are saying something... GBPI holding onto the .618 and USD failing to break above the .32fib. (interesting). But if USDI closes above the .38fib, GBP is going down and vice versa.

i was hoping to see a rise above 138 from where I can take a small hit and then go down. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened so will keep the trade running till 3730 -3710 where I will take hit and re assess. Currently we seem to be in ranging mode. Which isn’t giving us any indication as to next areas of tests

... bit rangy now on sub 30min t/f's...price finding some residual demand @ the prev 30min sw lo zone that extends to current dly lo, after a test of it....challenging another prev 30min swing now, this time a prev sw hi.

A small correction, a break of 3790 is bullish today.

Until then bearish.

However a support awaits around 3745.

Can I ask..they give a challenge for a trader to trade a demo account to get what kind of %? and u have to pay them something to get one of those accounts..

... it's that prev 30min sw hi coexistant with the prev 1hr/4hr sw lo that is causing upside difficulty atm. This prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone = prev supp = pot sbr extends on 4hr to circa 3778. 1hr below shows this.
