My first look at the market data was from the point of view of statistical mechanics since this is my educational background. And I didn't know about sup/res and all the stuff.

Btw, Osborne rediscovered the Brownian motion of stock market in 1950s, Black and Scholes reduced an option pricing problem to a diffusion equation. Physics is very useful... everywhere.

Hi Coreg. Thank you for your pdf on waves. In terms of Gbpusd cross the daily reaction was it to the 4th wave in the 2nd up phase.

ABC correcrion not completed ( even A leg of ABC not completed ) Just a bit panic buying after daily death cross ... a normal wave to start new month after bearish august.

if you ask me Monday Tuesday should be a short only below 1.39 to 1.378-1.38 (this area is golden ratio cluster of Fibonacci retracements and the 38.2 retracement of the ABCD 1.27 pattern.
this should be the low of the week before another fly to 1.395 minimum.

on the other hand, if 1.377(month strong support) will break to the downside. then, different story!

i have just a small fraction of elliot wave, i love to learn EW cus i think it give a good picture of the direction. i mostly count the abc more effectively but i think as time pass by i will get good with it...

thnx for the book it help adding ew to what i already knew in past years will be a bonus.
