Business cycles are so important. Knowing the current cycle and being able to foresee the next one is essential whether you are investing, trading or running a business.

Business cycles are determined by the economic measures & datas though. Yet this theory does not offer any measures. It just relies on history to repeat itself. It is subjective as well. For example he talks about how cool was 1946-64 but he did not talk about Korean War and Cold War. 20 years is a big timeframe. It will have it's own crises, ups and downs in it. And we can't downplay Korean War and Cold War while worrying too much about Afghan War right? Which one is/was more important? To me answer is obviously Korean War and the Cold War. So it is subjective, and this cannot be measured clearly like business cycles.

its Americas cycle specifically ,the Cold War isn't a war we talk super cycle

Here's my take on the GBPUSD market, a technical perspective from a swing trader. The GBPUSD market operation is in a bearish mode in a technically sideways market. Price action on the daily time frame is in a falling triangle (purple). Meanwhile, it is in a consolidation mode and below the 1.3800/1.38720 prevailing supply zone (magenta). Any further bullish move may retest the zone and a significant bullish breakout from it may be a northward market operation for liquidity grab. But a bearish rejection of the zone would see a southward turnaround.


I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper. Please trade based on your analysis and decision criteria.

I know Cold War wasn't really a war that is fought in the battlefield. I may be 20 y.o but I have a good knowledge in history But Korean War was fought. Which was probably the most important war after the WW2.
