Thanks Pat, I appreciate your input. Im currently in the process of making my trading as mechanical as possible, I believe I have achieved this during trending periods. My biggest problem is the speed at which I identify ranging periods and then just either staying out or trading based on the range. At what point do you consider it to be ranging? Failure to break the top? Or multiple touches on a support and resistance area?

Goodmornin friends, European traders set to go bullish this morning again being influenced by yesterday's crude oil inventories data release that caused bullish reverse after N.A traders affirmed their selling to day's low 1.3696 yesterday. This morning price continue to target bullish bias point 1.3786 which when reached or broken should not be able to hold above 1.3793 till 12pm (because of today range play environment 1.3804-1.3689) when the N.A traders should further the selling to 1.3718 below. but since its GU pair , ill not comment it , but the GU pair bad habit when LO if down first like going to break below its always ended trapped seller and go FU above , just my opinion
its almost 90% always do it in first hour of LO
