The whole situation is very unstable and uncertain-- the question is how long will it be like that. I dunno if the Taliban seem like the most trustworthy coup d'etat incumbents. Uncertainty should drive the dollar UP and GU down ?

Whats bullish about it? I want to believe but I don't see it at all.

The only thing bullish is the basing around 1.3720 on the daily

I think 1.39 will eventually be hit but it may be 1.36 area first-- with that said i'm open to buys in the green zone in my last charts

Not sure, as both are equally week and strong at the sametime.
Seems like we are currently watching a friendly game without any clear direction. Not much we can do.
Of course slightly to the north I would prefer to end.

Yes technically it should as the funds spent will be spent on Americans or saved, however, sentiments can play other way round as war lost and unsuccessful. Depends how it is being portrait.
