Please do some research about Bollinger Bands. It is a good indicator for the purpose.

I had this problem and only resolved it recently. Heres a few things that may help.

1. Have trust in your strategy. This is most likely to be built through using the strategy and backtesting.
2. Use multiple positions. Instead of doing 1 position at a time, split your position into two even positions have one where you get out intuitively and the other put the SL to break-even and let it run.
3. Have a concrete exit strategy. This is something I didn't have until recently. Now that my exit strategy is pre-defined it takes away all the worry. I put SL to break even when the trade goes into a profit equal to my stop loss and then I let it run until I see my exit.
4. Walk away from your trades. Place the trade, the SL the TP and then leave your trade, go enjoy your day. This improved my trading massively.

Write down your SL, and multiple TP points before you enter the position, plan it out the night before if necessary. Actually write it with a pen and paper. Once you're in any kind of logical decision making goes out the window. So write it down before you click buy or sell and stick to your plan/don't impulsively close. If you're wrong your wrong, evaluate at the end of the day/week if your strategy could be tweaked and if you learned any lessons, or if you just got unlucky. Once you see real money going up and down your sympathetic nervous system kicks in and makes it nearly impossible to make logical decisions.

... it was that prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw hi which then became the prev 1hr minor sw lo that offered the sbr resulting in the 1hr doji, which followed the 5 and 15min bull engulfings and the 30min bullish bodied hammer. Will we see more against 1hr/4hr downtrend buying?

Also watch top of the asia range and pivot if they decide to swing it around again. If it gets there ofc
