Technical is my cup of tea.........
Mostly fundamental are just reaction. If it through my technical off that's when I will be off entirely......

this question do not exist in the real world.
TA is just a tool to analyze fundamentals data.
You have no chance to know if GBP is stronger than USD or vice versa without a chart and TA basic tools.
