Edit. another chart to show the Weekly candle to the left and the 'empty space' ...no near term 'support;
but be careful when you see the previous 2 weeks candles Open, High, Low and Close and price RN and BRN
also when Frankfurt and London open during this 4hr.

I have traded today with 1:3 rr and it wents good but it didn't satify me because my trailing sl hit @ 688.45..

Here im sharing my trade for knowing others perspectives about my trade..

You should post that in this thread. where you will have a dicussion ONLY about the 5-method. In the TMS thread, you will get too much advice about doing things that BigE said are not part of his 5-method and not wanted here, like checking EAs, using other indicators, using parts from other systems, and on and on.

Hi Sirajdeen,

Just like BigE did not use candlestick patterns (only setup or a/u candles he has referred to), I also don’t use candlestick patterns.

As of entry, I don’t see a good reason to enter since the last swing was LH and HL. When I look for FakeOut reversal trade I would like to see previous highs /lows all respecting a R/S.

However for SL trailing, I also apply BigE’s PA analysis for entry and use them for trade management decisions. #647 is the Price Action essence of BigE’s TMS and #2617 to do it without

In your example, previous H crosses the BE point, and price momentum of candle #1-4 was not strong and didn’t break previous L. In this case I keep my SL as it is. Nothing fancy and trusting the analysis. Trailing SL or not should be based on current market condition of each trade.
To me this is optional as the win rate is >65% (TMS base win rate) and average RR is >1, plus sometimes I can hit sniper entries when swing trade. I am completely fine to set-and-forget SLTP, and in fact trailing all trades would have reduced profit factor as wasting good entries like yours

Hi Sirajdeen,

I see that you are using the built-in HA candle chart on Trading View. I wasn't looking at your indicators since was discussing using simple Price Actions to decide whether and when to trail SL to maximize your odds of profit.
(It is not BIO right?)

One thing you should look out, BigE's TMS, TDI green/red lines are calculated using traditional candlestick OHLC. If you use TradingView and switch to HA candle, all indicators will calculate based on HA candles, which is not how TMS uses the indicators.

I got PM inquiry on how to setup the TMS chart on TradingView.

Stoch and 5ema are optional indicator and they are built-in indicator available on Trading View.

TDI Red/Green line: They are in fact RSI(13) MA(2) and MA(7), You can verify it by looking at source code of TDI Green Red .mt4 source code.
You can use the "TDI - Traders Dynamic Index by TuanLouis" by searching for this name in the Trading View Public library.

For HA candles, I recommend to overlay HA candles on traditional candlestick chart just like doing it on MT4.
To do so, search for "Heikin Ashi by Garethyeo" in the public library.

TradingView has one advantage of non-repainting indicators stays non-repainting, unlike MT4 where you need coding tricks to overcome it. Therefore, you do not need to follow #11 and refresh the chart everytime when new candle forms for correct analysis

At one time I used the 5ema in a different way. Back then if a candle closed across the 5ema it was the set up candle. I would enter the trade at the beginning of the next candle if it was the same color.... and that still works... this is more conservative...

I am more aggressive now and noticed I was giving up some pips doing it that way so I changed to using the TDI candle #1 or 2 for entries.

I left it on my chart because I like to see how PA interacts with the 5ema line during the trade. Gives me a better feel for what's going on... that's mainly the reason...

Iam using ( rsi ma 8 cross 8 )indicator instead of tdi

1st i used TDI it was great nothing wrong in TDI but the rsi ma was show the directions one candle before so i liked the rsi ma..

if you have tms tdi source code for trading view kindly share..

My point in last post was that TV indicators calculates based on whatever candles are presented on chart. If you need the HA candles on chart while indicators using traditional OHLC for calculation, which is exactly how BigE’s TMS indicators are doing, you can consider my suggestion.

Changing from traditional candlesticks to HA candles using chart setting generally shift cross signals by 1 candle late

I hope that you will still have plenty of money when you return to open your account. So when you try to follow Vincent's confusion and nonsense, you will be the counterparty (i.e. loser) to our winning trades.

Oh, and remember, according to Vincent, it will take you at least 1000 trades and 3 years of live trading before you can decide if you have figured out a winning system, and that is only AFTER you have proven to yourself that you have a winning system in a DEMO account, which will take at least a year. Will you survive the DEMO years(s)? Will your real account survive the live testing for 3 years?

Nice when people make money yesterday knowing how to use the TMS_V19 Information EA and know basic price action like the Daily DBHLC bar pattern with the APB/HA candle.
Combining the price Bar chart and the APB/HA candle chart, you have the Power of PA with both... Best of Both Worlds BOBW.
