Price rising on falling volume could be a bearish signal but FOMC will reveal all. Also a pattern of selling into demand then raising price. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice…

In my opinion I think it is likely the first scenario otherwise there was no need to go down first for loading 'fuel' for current up move

They won't move markets a lot during FOMC today. Then I wake up in the morning, make some fresh coffee, sip it. Enjoy it for couple of minutes and open my charts. When charts open up there is this perfect entry waving at me asking: "Hey, you comin bud?". Ill press buy and let it run to the Moon to rescue 'M' because we lost radio contact
