This third trade of the day is not moving , stall in Da Box.
Waiting for one spike to take out liquidity zone.
The problem is that this scenario (ranging) over a period of while waititng for FOMC news.
In my view this market conditions (algorithms, bank and broker tactics, etc) just about preclude scalping as a profitable system.
Sudden price spikes and changes in direction are NOT random.
They are designed to knock out smaller players!
So one simply HAS to look for and retain trades for as long as possible.
Of course one never wants to let a winning trade turn into a losing trade but setting a BE stop and then moving the stop as the trade progresses is a far better option in my humble opinion.
Trade carefully, until FOMC, we may see ranging to continue with spike ( i donno when).

60m Top Break down structure change with the last higher low broken with prior top support retested now ranging before second push down 3819 will act as support as that was the last resistance broken to the upside.
15 minute shows the break retest push down then range
Top blue is the target
Lower blue is the trap for shorts
Then a potential push up maybe @ fomc to break the 3900 top completing the first swing up
