hello friend, what a trading day we had today as the cable price sought to drop further heading towards 1.3436 mark today but buyers came the deffensive @1.3566 mark. whats next? will price not even pass through the week's target @ 1.3775? to test the weeks resistance @ 1.3823? this is the area were the battle lies to determine if its going to be a bullish/bearish week ending. there are some bids @ 1.3541 for tomorrow where price may finally reverse.

New Support to look for a possible long entry.. 1.36000
stop loss 20 pips, if your stop loss is hit; Don't worry... just wait for the market to make the Support level a Resistance, then you can go short..
NOTE: 1.36000 is the equilibrium position of the market...

but if price break wait for retest

For long term traders, GU showing initial signs of downtrend start and will be confirmed by next month.
So any retracement movements are opportunities to sell higher. First Targets are 1.30-1.32 followed by 1.25-1.26

If it does I think we can see around 1.37

Or it can crash straight through

Just a case of looking for reversal PA on m5 for another buy down at 1.357x, we can sell down to there probably now, and if it doesn't reverse hold the sell

Kinda looks like one of those animal themed harmonic patterns not sure

The B point may be too high actually, I seem to remember the B point is critical for defining the pattern, in which case it is a Bearish Butterfly. That would put the D point or PRZ around 1.369 just eyeballing it.
