it is a problem when you are fear about your stop. You cant trade if you are not confortable with your loss.

If this is no stop hunting then it should go as down as 1.3200 by this month.

I just tried this and it worked! It still seems totally insane to me but you must have money management rules and skill at solving the hedge should price shoot through and run away from you… do you always set the TP at 2 pips?

Personally expect to stop hunt till 136 and then potentially pick up to 138/1385

You expose yourself to tail risk though ? What if the market moves 1000 pips in one direction and gives you a margin call, unlikely but not unheard of

Definitely, I see it is super risky, I can see the logic in it too as price often moves sideways and should hit both TP’s. But still. I don’t think I’d want the stress of trying to solve a hedge especially in the situation you described or even a 20 pip move in one direction.

The scenario of you being short by 1 point or even 0.5 point from TP is realistic and it could drag you up or down, away from TP by 100+ pts. Then it would be hard to break even, never mind make a profit. In short, if I understand this correctly it looks to me as if you are limiting yourself to a small profit and exposing yourself to an unlimited loss. That makes no sense to me but I might be wrong
Did you place your stop loss order? Why not?!? Story of my life...
